Ever wanted to try and get into some running but keep getting injured? This class will run as a continuous 12 week course. We work on developing core strength and conditioning the body, especially legs, to prevent injuries. So there is little running in run group…. but you will get running homework that will be SLOWLY increased in distance. At the end of the 12 week block we will do a target race or Parkrun together so we are always working towards something.
